Swim Lessons For All Ages

Lifeguard LI presents Levirey Swim School, where we believe swimming should be fun, but also recognize that it is one of the most important lifesavings skills you must learn. Each lesson is geared towards your child's swim level and needs. We teach according to an award winning curriculum that pairs fun with technique to create a perfect learning experience. Our instructors some of the highest qualified (and compensated) in the industry. All instructors are WSI certified and come with at least 2 years of teaching experience.

Parent and Baby Swim Lessons

Aqua Babies: 6 months - 36 months

The purpose of the Aqua babies course is to make the parent and child comfortable in the water. All skills are taught with the purpose of getting the child more comfortable in the water and creating a skill foundation in order to make the transition to swimming lessons easier. The parent and child will also learn basic safety tips for keeping both themselves and their child safe in the water.

Introduction to Water Skills - Age 3-4

Level 1

For the beginner who is learning to be comfortable in the water.

Swimmers will learn skills such as going under water, supported floating and general water safety and comfort.

Toddler Swimming Lessons

Fundamentals of Swimming - Age 4-5

Level 2

Swimmers will build upon their comfort level through structured holds, water movement and initial stroke development.


These skills include independent arm strokes, kicking and front/back floating and gliding.

Stroke Development - Age 6-7

Level 3

Build on each child's comfort and independence in the water through defined drills, stroke education and dynamic water movement.

These skills include stroke refinement, specific mechanics and underwater training and activities.

Stroke Refinement - Age 6-8

Level 4

Swimmers should already be able to: swim freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke 10 yards, scissors kick, whip kick, treading water, and are learning to dive.

The core of the class focuses on performing each stroke, combining into a fully fledged, water safe youth swimmer. 

Swim Club - Age 8+

Introduction to Competitive Swim


Swimmers should already be able to: swim freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke 25 yards and show basic butterfly mechanics. Swimmer should also be able to swim 100 yards non stop.

Swim Club is recommended for participants interested in swimming multiple times per week with an emphasis on distance and pace progression.
