Thank you for considering our at-home swim lessons program for your family. Our mission is to provide quality swim lessons to help swimmers of all ages and skill levels become confident and skilled in the water. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience for you and your swimmer.

Lesson Packages

We offer flexible packages of 4, 8, or 12 lessons. Each lesson is one hour long, and you can have a maximum of three students per lesson. Whether you're looking for private or group lessons, we have options to fit your needs.

Booking Lessons

​

Once you purchase a lesson package, we will contact you to schedule your first lesson and match you with the ideal instructor for your swimmer. Our instructors are experienced, certified, and passionate about teaching swimming. Please let us know if you have any special requests or preferences for an instructor, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Lesson Schedule

​

Lessons will be scheduled for the same day and time each week by default, but if you need to change your lesson schedule, please consult with your instructor to see if they can accommodate your request. Our instructors are flexible, but changes in schedule may affect the availability of your instructor.

 

Lesson Duration and Student Limit

​

Lessons are a minimum of one hour long, and you can split the hour-long session any way you like. For example, you can have one student for a one-hour-long private lesson, two students for two 30-minute private lessons, or three students for three 20-minute private lessons. We also offer group lessons with no more than three students. This allows for personalized attention and individualized instruction while still maintaining a fun, social atmosphere.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel a lesson, please let your instructor know at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will result in a forfeited lesson.
